140 euros for 9 days
120 euros for 7 days

20 euros for a morning or an afternoon
Special prices for a group composed of more than 10 people.
Timetable :
On Saturday 12th, on Sunday 13th and on Monday 14th : From 10 a.m. till 12 a.m. and from 2 p.m. till 4 p.m.
On Tuesday 15th, on Wednesday 16th, on Thursday 17th and on Friday 18th : From half past seven a.m. till half past nine a.m. and from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. ( if the training is inside) and if it is outside, from 10 a.m. till 12 a.m. and from 2 p.m. till 4 p.m. (It depends on the weather).
On Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th : From 10 a.m. till 12 a.m. and from 2 p.m. till 4 p.m.
NB : Extra activities will be proposed during the day on Tuesday 15th till Friday 18th.
Saturday 12th from 2 p.m. till 4 p.m. and on Sunday 20th from 10 a.m. till 12 a.m.,
people could discover this martial art.
Schedule : (A different warm-up each day)
- On Saturday 12th : Animal block skills (individual work).
- On Sunday 13th : Technique with the legs and hands including some blocks. (individual work).
- On Monday 14th : Stick skills, kicks...
- On Tuesday 15th : Self-defence and animal self-defence (mimicries...)
- On Wednesday 16th : Preparation to break strong things (individual work).
- On Thursday 17th : Fighting skills ( with group of two people).
- On Friday 18th : Legs skills with animal mimicries.
- On Saturday 19th : Learning of a Tao without weapons.
- On Sunday 20th : Revision of the all skills learnt during the week.
